At MAHJ-ONN, each collection is designed as a limited-release tabletop product with original artwork, premium materials, and coordinated packaging. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.
Product pages, checkout pages, Shopify listings, and order confirmations may include additional details that apply to a specific purchase. When there is a conflict, the terms shown at the time and place of purchase control to the extent allowed by law.
Official Purchases Only
MAHJ-ONN products are authentic only when purchased through mahjonnsets.com or our official Shopify checkout.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resale platforms, marketplaces, or third parties are not eligible for MAHJ-ONN returns, refunds, replacements, warranty support, authenticity verification, or customer service.
Orders and Availability
Product availability, pricing, quantity limits, product details, materials, colors, estimated release timing, and purchase links may change before or after launch. We may correct errors, reject or cancel orders, limit quantities, or discontinue products when necessary, subject to applicable law.
An order confirmation means we received your order. Acceptance occurs when payment is approved and the order is confirmed for fulfillment.
Shipping
Purchases over $100 qualify for free standard shipping where that option is offered at checkout. The qualifying purchase amount is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes. Available shipping methods and any charges for orders that do not qualify will be shown at checkout.
When UPS Ground is selected or provided, carrier transit is typically 1-5 business days after UPS receives the package. Order-processing or preorder time occurs before carrier transit and will be shown on the applicable product page, at checkout, or in the order confirmation.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, address errors, high launch demand, or circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for any taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges disclosed by the checkout platform or required by law.
Preorders and Limited Releases
If a product is offered as a preorder, made-to-order item, reservation, or limited release, the product page or checkout page will state the expected timing and any special terms.
If a shipping delay occurs, we will provide updates and options required by applicable law, which may include the option to consent to the delay or cancel for a refund when required.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, returned with all included accessories, packaging, inserts, and components, and accompanied by proof of purchase from our official checkout.
Mahjong tile sets must remain sealed in their original packaging. If the tile packaging, shrink wrap, seal, or protective packaging has been opened or removed, the set is not eligible for a refund unless the item is defective.
All returns must be authorized before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. MAHJ-ONN is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, especially if packaging is incomplete, damaged, or not returned in original condition.
The following items are final sale: sale or discounted items, personalized or custom products, gift cards, opened tile sets, limited-edition products marked final sale, and products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resale platforms.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and your preferred contact method.
Please keep the item and packaging until the issue is reviewed. We may request reasonable documentation to evaluate carrier claims, replacement eligibility, or refund options.
If approved, we may offer a replacement, replacement part, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and product availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Because MAHJ-ONN collections may be produced in limited quantities, replacement inventory may not always be available. If an exact replacement is unavailable, we may offer a comparable resolution at our discretion.
Shopify and Third-Party Platforms
Purchases completed through Shopify, a payment processor, or another third-party platform may also be governed by that platform's checkout terms, buyer-protection rules, return procedures, privacy policy, and dispute process.
We will work with the applicable platform records when supporting order questions.
