Mahj-Onn collections are planned as limited releases. Product pages, checkout pages, Shopify listings, Etsy listings, and order confirmations may include additional details that apply to a specific purchase.
When there is a conflict, the terms shown at the time and place of purchase control to the extent allowed by law.
Orders and Availability
Product availability, pricing, quantity limits, product details, materials, colors, estimated release timing, and purchase links may change before or after launch. We may correct errors, reject or cancel orders, limit quantities, or discontinue products when necessary, subject to applicable law.
An order confirmation means we received your order. Acceptance occurs when payment is approved and the order is confirmed for fulfillment.
Shipping
Shipping options, carrier choices, delivery estimates, and shipping charges will be shown at checkout or in the applicable marketplace listing when purchases are available.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, address errors, high launch demand, or circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for any taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges disclosed by the checkout platform or required by law.
Preorders and Limited Releases
If a product is offered as a preorder, made-to-order item, reservation, or limited release, the product page or checkout page will state the expected timing and any special terms.
If a shipping delay occurs, we will provide updates and options required by applicable law, which may include the option to consent to the delay or cancel for a refund when required.
Returns and Cancellations
Return eligibility, deadlines, product-condition requirements, exclusions, return-shipping responsibility, and refund method will be stated in the return policy shown at the time and place of purchase.
Customized, final-sale, opened, damaged-by-customer, or limited-release items may have different return restrictions where allowed by law. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the product and packaging, and your preferred contact method.
Please keep the item and packaging until the issue is reviewed. We may request reasonable documentation to evaluate carrier claims, replacement eligibility, or refund options.
Shopify, Etsy, and Third-Party Platforms
Purchases completed through Shopify, Etsy, a payment processor, or another third-party platform may also be governed by that platform's checkout terms, buyer-protection rules, return procedures, privacy policy, and dispute process.
We will work with the applicable platform records when supporting order questions.
