Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase. If you use the website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the Last Updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or required by law.

You may use the website only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes related to learning about, purchasing, or using Mahj-Onn products. You agree not to:

• interfere with website security, operation, or another user's access;
• use automated tools to scrape, harvest, copy, or monitor content without written permission;
• attempt to access private systems, accounts, source code, or credentials without authorization;
• upload malicious code or use the website for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity;
• misrepresent your identity, affiliation, review, or purchase history; or
• use Mahj-Onn content to train, develop, or improve an artificial-intelligence system without express written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Subject to these Terms, Mahj-Onn grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable license to access and use the website for its intended personal purpose. This license does not transfer ownership of any website content, software, design, artwork, or other intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, or remove proprietary notices from the website or its content except with prior written permission or as expressly allowed by law.

All MAHJ-ONN artwork is copyrighted. The website and all Mahj-Onn artwork, logos, tile designs, illustrations, product images, collection names and concepts, patterns, packaging, written copy, photographs, graphics, branding, software, and other creative materials are owned by or licensed to Mahj-Onn and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual-property laws.

Mahj-Onn products and their visual designs are proprietary. Purchasing a product gives you ownership of that physical product only. It does not grant a license to reproduce, manufacture, digitize, distribute, sell, adapt, trace, scan, photograph for commercial use, create substantially similar designs from, or otherwise exploit the artwork or product design.

MAHJ-ONN, the Mahj-Onn logo, collection branding, and related marks may not be used in a manner that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement without written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Product descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, availability, pricing, release timing, and quantity limits may change. Screens and photography can display color differently, and handcrafted or production characteristics may create reasonable variations. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities, reject or cancel orders, and discontinue products, subject to applicable law.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. A purchase is accepted when payment is approved and the order is confirmed for fulfillment. You are responsible for accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information and for applicable taxes, shipping fees, customs charges, or duties disclosed at checkout.

Title and risk of loss transfer as provided by the checkout terms and applicable law. Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, demand, or events outside our reasonable control.

Return eligibility, time limits, product-condition requirements, exclusions, return-shipping responsibility, and refund method are governed by the return policy displayed at the time and place of purchase. Purchases made through Shopify, Etsy, or another marketplace may be subject to that platform's checkout terms and the return policy shown in the applicable listing.

Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. Keep the product, packaging, order number, and photographs reasonably needed to evaluate the issue. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

The MAHJ-ONN mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Mahj-Onn ("Mahj-Onn," "we," or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these mobile terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

By consenting to Mahj-Onn's SMS/text messaging Service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Mahj-Onn through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information, such as order updates and account alerts. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, cart reminders, launch announcements, and other marketing offers.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Mahj-Onn. Your participation in this program is voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +1 833-865-1991 or click the unsubscribe link, where available, in any text message to cancel. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Mahj-Onn mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including STOP or HELP requests, that you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

The website may link to or integrate with Shopify, Etsy, payment processors, shipping providers, social networks, review providers, and other third-party services. Their separate terms and policies govern your use of their services. Mahj-Onn does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, or practices.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." MAHJ-ONN DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

We do not warrant that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that descriptions and content will always be complete or current. Product warranties, if any, will be stated with the product or at purchase. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAHJ-ONN AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MAHJ-ONN FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. These limitations do not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your residence requires otherwise. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, unless applicable law provides you another right.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or transfer of business assets.
